what should I wear?

pole fitness requires you to wear shorts as you need the skin on your legs for grip, along with any type of gym wear on top. 
Aerial hoop or silks requires any type of gym/active wear, tight leggings are ideal as baggy joggers can get caught in the equipment. 

Is there a size or weight limit for pole or aerial fitness?

Simple answer - NO! Every body is a pole or aerial body.

Can I share my lesson with a friend?

yes, normally your lesson can be shared with a friend, which will come with a small change of price. However this can only happen if it complies with current COVID rules. E.g. someone who is in your household / bubble, or group classes can take place.
