90 minute private lesson

Service Description

This private lesson can either be 90 minutes of one discipline or 45 minutes of both hoop and pole. - have the ultimate workout by cross training in both these disciplines. Private lessons for adults and children. (children aged 7+ only. Parents are not permitted to stay whilst their child is having the lesson) Please ensure legs are covered i.e. wearing leggings for aerial hoop and have a pair of shorts for pole (changing facilities available). Please bring water. I have two aerial hoop instructor qualifications & a pole fitness instructor qualification. I'm a member of the pole safety federation. I'm fully DBS checked, first aid trained and have my qualifications in children's aerial & pole fitness. Private lesson contract terms & conditions All payments need to be taken when booking. If you pay as you go, please transfer to me on the day you book in for your lesson. If you block book 4 at a time, please block all 4 at once and pay for all 4 at once. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will be refunded the fee for that session or it is transferrable to a different time or day. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the private lesson is classes as missed and is non refundable. If you’re in the middle of a block booking and you miss/cancel your lesson and it results in a non refundable class, If you miss your lesson completely, it is non refundable. It is your responsibility to be on time for the private lesson.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a private lesson, please contact 24 hours in advance, or as close to as possible. If you cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours till the lessons is supposed to start, you will lose half of your payment. Failure to turn up to a booked private lesson without any contact will result in a loss of full payment. Cancellation of place on aerial moon workshop: If you would like to cancel your space on an upcoming aerial moon workshop, please contact me asap so I can try and fill your space. From the day of booking till 3 days before workshop: Your £11 deposit is non refundable however you will not have to pay the remaining £11. Cancellation 3 days or less before workshop: If you cancel within 3 days of the workshop and I can not fill your space, you will have to pay the remaining £11. This is to cover studio hire costs and overheads. This will not need to be paid if I manage to fill your space. Thank you for understanding.
